What does PHILIA Store sell?
PHILIA Store offers bold, expressive print-on-demand items — t-shirts, hoodies, backpacks, hats, beanies, and phone cases. Our designs span minimalist aesthetics, rave & festival culture, and graphic art, all made to help you stand out.
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, choose your item, select your size and color, then add to cart and check out. It's that simple!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@philiashop.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking it before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
Are your clothes true to size?
Our apparel is generally true to size. Check the individual product size chart for measurements. T-shirts and hoodies have a classic unisex fit.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Most orders are assembled and shipped from the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. After that, shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your package.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because each item is made fresh just for you, we don't accept returns for size changes — but we've got your back:
✅ Item damaged or defective? We replace it FREE.
✅ Wrong item received? We fix it immediately.
✅ Not sure about sizing? Email us BEFORE ordering at hello@philiashop.com — we'll guide you.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@philiashop.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.
Production
How are your products made?
All PHILIA Store products are print-on-demand, produced through Printify and assembled in the USA. Each item is printed fresh when you place your order — no mass production, no excess stock.
Are the colors accurate to what I see on screen?
We do our best to show accurate colors, but slight variations can occur depending on your screen calibration and the printing process. Colors may appear slightly different in person.
