Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (USA): 5–10 business days — rates calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–5 business days — rates calculated at checkout
• International Shipping: 10–21 business days — rates and availability vary by country

Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a threshold amount as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Philia Shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at customer@philiashop.com We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Philia Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
