Refund and Return Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, digital products, personalized/custom items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at customer@philiashop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Philia Shop is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at
. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at customer@philiashop.com
